We loved its great location.
Location: the hotel was very close to beach, cleanliness and the and Fishwife restaurant. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Asilomar State Beach. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room itself was spotless and updated. Had a microwave oven and a fridge at our disposal...

Location close to Asilomar Beach
Room had paint not finished, mirrors off center, cramped furniture- not quaint like a B&B. The view from the window was a bunch of trash and items that were not pleasant to view

I was happy to find a somewhat reasonably priced hotel close to the beach. Rooms are recently remodeled and nice for a SIMPLE "beach side" type hotel. Nice TV and fireplace. Also enjoyed the free internet.
I was not impressed at all with the breakfast, same cold muffins every morning 3 days in a row. They also ran out of regular coffee the first day only decaf on a holiday weekend - seems like they could have planned a little better with the amount of reservations. We had the lower floor room near the stair, VERY noisy!! Anyone climbing the stairs in the night sounds like the are talking and stomping in your room.

The parking lot and other areas were full of trash. Overall there was nothing appealing about this hotel.

easy strolls to beaches and nearby parks make this a gem
I was so pleased with how quickly they accommodated our needs, especially after we had a stressful arrival experience elsewhere, and I appreciated the cute vibe , made exploring the nearby Asilomar State Beach easy just a short walk away.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and Fireplace was really comfy! The room was a good size. It had a microwave and fridge, made things super convenient. The shower was awesome with huge marble slabs instead of plastic. The whole vibe was cozy with the fireplace too.

Location was nice - near the coast and in the bush
The cost is high for the level of facilities offered. Not worth the money.
